Enjoy with a salad or crusty bread.<\/p>\n<p>Prep time: 15 min; Cook time: 25 min; Serves 10-12<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>Weight Watchers smart points: 5SP<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1 extra large, 2 medium or 3 to 4 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed<br \/>\n3 medium onions, chopped<br \/>\n5 Macoun apples, peeled and chopped<br \/>\n6 C chicken or vegetable stock<br \/>\n1 tbsp each: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cinnamon<br \/>\n2 tsp fresh grated nutmeg<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp allspice<br \/>\n1 1\/2 C apple cider<br \/>\n1 C cashew butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1. Saut\u00e9 onions until translucent<\/p>\n<p>2. Add stock and bring to a boil<\/p>\n<p>3. Add apples, butternut squash and spices and cook until very tender<\/p>\n<p>4. Pur\u00e9e with an immersion blender or beaters until smooth<\/p>\n<p>5. Add cashew butter and apple cider and pur\u00e9e again<\/p>\n<p>6.
