Yup, nothing at all! So today I went a little cuckoo for that particular combination and came up with not one but <em>two<\/em> fabulous new recipes! But I was also feeling lazy and not in the mood to do a lot of measuring or mess with fancy flours (which I have definitely been known to do!) so for these two recipes I went straight for my tried and true King Arthur GF baking mixes, available at most supermarkets. And if you are still craving even more fabulous recipe ideas, check out my <a href=\"http:\/\/pixiedustgourmet.com\/2016\/02\/20\/chocolate-peanut-butter-banana-cream-pie\/\">Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Cupcakes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 box King Arthur Flour gluten-free chocolate cake mix<\/li>\n<li>2 super ripe bananas (ideally frozen and defrosted)<\/li>\n<li>4 large organic eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 C vegetable or peanut oil<\/li>\n<li>1 C buttermilk (use your favorite unsweetened nut, seed or rice milk for dairy free)<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 peanut butter (I used all-natural crunchy but you can use whatever you have on hand, creamy or crunchy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-506 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pixiedustgourmet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12498947_10153968110273077_1020652533_n-300x300.jpg?resize=300%2C300\" alt=\"12498947_10153968110273077_1020652533_n\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/>Frosting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 C (2 sticks) organic unsalted butter, at room temperature (use margarine sticks for dairy-free)<\/li>\n<li>2 C smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>2 C confectioners\u2019 sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp flake salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together eggs, bananas, buttermilk and oil<\/li>\n<li>Add cake mix and blend until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Pour into 18-24 greased or paper-lined cupcake tins<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 18-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (longer baking times if you fill the tins more full)<\/li>\n<li>While the cupcakes bake, combine butter, sugar, peanut butter and salt in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, electric beaters or a whisk and some serious elbow grease and beat until light and fluffy<\/li>\n<li>Cool cupcakes on a wire rack<\/li>\n<li>When completely cool, frost and cool in the fridge until ready to eat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cupcakes with Salted Peanut Butter Frosting Prep time: 10 minutes for cupcakes, 10 for frosting made while cupcakes cook;
