Once it came out of the oven however, I could not help but be reminded of grandma&#8217;s fruitcake. (Not my grandma &#8211; Nanny would not have made fruitcake if her life depended on it! &#8211; but someone&#8217;s grandma for sure.) \u00a0This bread is chock full of protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber and heart-healthy fats. Mix until combined.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in dried fruit, nuts and seeds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Scoop batter into 3 greased mini loaf pans (I used the disposable paper ones).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake breads at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">For glaze (if using): simmer all ingredients on medium on the stove to reduce volume by half (about 10 minutes).
